Aileen joined the Westways team in 2015. Prior to joining the team here she has worked in multiple different environments and positions ranging from heavy sales / high volume logistics to inside sales and marketing where she orchestrated and lead trade shows and expos focusing on educating clients and lead generation.
She wasted no time at all and obtained her P&C license shortly after the started. From here she learned the ins and outs of insurance in order to relate it to the office marketing efforts. She also was a main contribution to the over haul of the office culture and spear headed the office remodel giving the work place a more modern upbeat vibe. She is currently managing all the office’s marketing efforts and social media.
Aileen is a wife and mother of 3 sweet little girls that keep her busy! Aileen has the ability to manage the marketing from a home which gives her the ability to keep active with her little ones. One of her big passions is leading a healthy, fit and balanced lifestyle. She has competed in fitness competitions and is eagerly awaiting her next one. She enjoys experiencing rich culture and lifestyle from around the world and exploring these through the eyes of her children.
