Natalie began her insurance career at Mercury Insurance in 2002 before transitioning to the agency side in 2003, joining Westways Insurance, where she has worked for over 21 years. As the office manager, she oversees the daily operations of the agency, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Outside of her professional life, Natalie is a dedicated wife and mother of two children. She cherishes spending time with her family, and they share a love for baseball and staying active. Natalie is passionate about giving back to her community and regularly volunteers her time to support her church and its activities. She also enjoys running and is currently training for her second half-marathon. To stay fit and healthy, she incorporates CrossFit into her routine, embracing it as a key part of her active lifestyle.
